Negative SEO, as it sound, it is negative, let’s think for a moment, positive would be high rankings, more traffic, Negative SEO is the opposite, low rankings or none and low traffic or none at all. Doing Negative SEO is the dirty side of SEO, most people don’t know that their site could be affected so easy doing only 3 things:
1. Bad Backlinks, from link farms, adult sites, pills sites, porn sites…
2. Creating Doorway pages, spammy sites, buiding sites with a lots of backlinks pointing to the victim…target.. competitor…
3. Using their own name on the WHOIS to make Search Engines think that the crappy sites are part of a link – blog farm that belong to your victim…competitor.
The next step is use tools like xrumer or prstorm that will allow us to copy the behavior of spammy sites, doing SEO in a black hat way, pure black hat…
There are more ways to affect your competitors but at least you can learn from those 3 tips, please only use this information to learn and protect yourself, do not use it against anyone.
